Signing of CSCs
Please note the following advice issued by the Department for Transport regarding signing of CSCs: Level D is the standard for signing a CSC. It must be remembered that the CSC is a declaration that the cargo has been screened
and declared safe/cleared to fly. The office clerk cannot make such a declaration
if they have not screened it. However, if something came from the screener, for EVERY
piece of cargo that confirmed that the cargo was screened and how it was screened
