AVIATION SECURITY TRAINING - LEVEL 1 This one and half-day course is designed to give packer and personal who carry out the security functions described in direction 12 (g) such as staff, screening, searching, guarding, access control, and issuing of passes. This course will raise staff awareness of how to identify explosive and incendiary devices, and understand their legal responsibilities and the legal implications of their activities. Staff are often unaware of the importance of complying with industry regulations. The DfT issued direction 12g on the 23rd November 2002, which now makes aviation security training only available to those who need to know, i.e. employees of air cargo concerns, who have passed the legal requirements. All delegates must have reasonable command of the English language both oral and written which allows the undertaking of their duties to a satisfactory standard. On completion of the course all the trainees must take and pass a written test. Don't hesitate to email Wayne or call him on 07814 863554 for more information. |
